Fair Use Policy

This Fair Use Policy explains how we expect All Chatbots AI to be used so the platform stays reliable, safe, and available for everyone. By using the services, you accept the terms set out here.

To keep the platform secure and dependable, we may take reasonable steps to identify and address misuse, abuse, unusually heavy resource use, fraud, security threats, breaches of this policy, or anything else that could harm the services or other users.

You may use the services only for lawful purposes, and your use must comply with all applicable laws, any requirements of the platforms you access us through, and this policy.

In particular, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation while using the services;
• Act in a way that is fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, abusive, harassing, or otherwise unlawful;
• Create or share malware, phishing material, hacking tools, or any other harmful code;
• Try to reach systems, accounts, networks, or data you are not authorized to access;
• Disrupt, damage, overload, or otherwise degrade the services or the infrastructure behind them;
• Work around rate limits, usage caps, technical restrictions, security measures, or access controls;
• Use bots, scripts, or other automation to scrape, overload, or mass-extract outputs from the services;
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the services beyond what we have expressly allowed;
• Use the services in any way that harms other users or undermines the platform's stability, availability, or security.

The services are built for ordinary personal or business use. Where a plan is described as "unlimited" or similar, that access is still governed by this policy and does not cover abusive, excessive, automated, or unusually resource-heavy activity.

To keep quality high for everyone, we may, at our discretion:

• Introduce rate limits, or slow down or deprioritize requests;
• Limit access to particular features, models, or capabilities;
• Pause access on a temporary basis;
• Throttle, cap, or end access for anyone whose usage goes well beyond typical patterns or places an unreasonable load on the services.

We may look into, limit, pause, or end access where reasonably necessary to:

• Protect the security, integrity, availability, or reliability of the services;
• Respond to security incidents, attacks, vulnerabilities, abuse, or suspected malicious behavior;
• Prevent unauthorized access, fraud, spam, automated misuse, or manipulation of the platform;
• Meet our legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from authorities or regulators.

Running the services uses real computing and technical resources, and the amount varies with factors such as the model you choose, the length and nature of your prompts and outputs, any content you upload or generate, the features you use, overall system load, and other technical considerations.

Any figures we show for tokens, usage, limits, consumption, averages, or similar are provided for guidance only and may be approximate. Actual resource use is not fixed or guaranteed and can differ from anything shown within the app.

The app uses artificial intelligence to produce its responses and content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, so you should verify it independently before relying on it. The app is a general-purpose AI tool and is not a substitute for professional advice, whether legal, medical, financial, or otherwise.

If we reasonably believe a user has breached this policy or is putting the services at risk, we may take proportionate action, such as limiting access, disabling features, removing content, or closing accounts.

We may update this Fair Use Policy from time to time. If you continue using the services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated policy.
